Landeskog's back injury has improved and he will travel with the team for a road trip that begins Saturday against the Predators.

Landeskog reportedly will be evaluated on a daily basis until he's fit to return. By traveling with the team, this is a good sign that the prolific winger could be nearing a return to game action. We believe the Avs will provide an update on his status before the puck drops Saturday.
