Sharks sign Dainius Zubrus to 1-year, 2-way contract

After agreeing to a tryout earlier in the month, the San Jose Sharks signed veteran forward Dainius Zubrus to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Tuesday.
The 37-year-old spent the last eight seasons of his 18-year career with the New Jersey Devils, playing for current Sharks head coach Peter DeBoer from 2011-14.
The Lithuania native has 584 points in 1,243 career NHL games.
