Detroit Red Wings forward Teemu Pulkkinen has been levied a $2,000 fine for diving during last Sunday's loss to the Dallas Stars.
The NHL stated Pulkkinen was flagged and subsequently warned for a previous indiscretion before attempting to draw a penalty as Stars forward Colton Sceviour lifted his stick on a net-front drive.

Pulkkinen is the first player to receive a fine under Rule 64 this season.
