Glendale City Council has officially re-committed to the Arizona Coyotes.
One day after agreeing to a resolution on their lease dispute, the city's councilors have unanimously voted to rescind their decision to scrap the arena management deal, and will legislate an amended two-year agreement with the hockey club.
Just last month, Glendale voted to terminate the team's lease at Gila River Arena, an action countered with a temporary restraining order filed by the organization.
Coyotes CEO Anthony LeBlanc continued to exude confidence Friday in response to the city's decision.
