Jets agree to terms with Brendan Lemieux on 3-year, entry-level contract

The Winnipeg Jets have locked up a piece of the Evander Kane deal.

The club has agreed to terms with forward Brendan Lemieux on a three-year, two-way, entry-level contract with an average annual value of $1.125 million, Winnipeg announced Friday.

Drafted 31st overall by the Buffalo Sabres in 2014, Lemieux recorded 41 goals and 60 points for the OHL's Barrie Colts this past season.
