The Chicago Blackhawks celebrated milestones for their captain and coach after Monday's 3-1 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes.
Jonathan Toews earned his 500th career point when he assisted on Andrew Shaw's empty-net goal. The Blackhawks captain reached the milestone in 556 games - all with Chicago.
The victory made coach Joel Quenneville the third coach in NHL history to reach 750 wins, joining Scotty Bowman and Al Arbour.
