Canadiens' Price earns 30th shutout to pass Roy on franchise list

Carey Price passed a Montreal Canadiens legend with his 25-save shutout Monday against the Detroit Red Wings.
The shutout was Price's fifth of the season and the 30th of his career, moving him ahead of Patrick Roy on Montreal's all-time shutout list. Price has sole possession of fifth place on the list, four shutouts shy of Bill Durnan for fourth spot.
George Hainsworth tops the list with 75 career shutouts, while Jacques Plante is second (58) and Ken Dryden is third (46).
