A pair of unlikely combatants dropped the gloves Saturday in Boston.

Ryan Strome of the New York Islanders engaged in his first fight at the NHL level with none other than Torey Krug, the diminutive Bruins defenseman.

The bout was only Krug's second with the Bruins, after taking on another heavyweight in Alex Galchenyuk of the Montreal Canadiens back in November.

Strome and Krug brought a combined 75 career minutes in penalties into the game.
