David Legwand scratched from Senators lineup

As Jason Spezza returns to Ottawa, the center signed in light of his departure will watch from the press box.

Ottawa Senators head coach Dave Cameron has decided to scratch David Legwand from Thursday's game against the Dallas Stars, according to Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun.

Legwand signed a two-year, $6-million contract this past summer, and has recorded seven goals and 12 assists in 45 games, averaging a single shot per game.
