LeBrun: Senators, Methot to 'take another stab' at contract talks
Kevin Hoffman / USA TODAY Sports
The Ottawa Senators and pending unrestricted free-agent defenseman Marc Methot will reportedly table another round of contract talks in the lead-up to the NHL trade deadline, Pierre LeBrun reported Thursday on TSN's "Insider Trading."
LeBrun believes Methot is a candidate to be moved should the Senators fail to retain the veteran defenseman before March 2.
