Toronto Maple Leafs forward David Booth left Wednesday's game after sustaining a blow to the head from Anaheim Ducks defenseman Sami Vatanen.
He skated directly into the point of Vatanen's elbow while attempting to finish a check along the boards, appearing to make principal contact on the chin. He required assistance leaving the ice.
Booth has a lengthy history of concussions. He missed 54 games during the 2009-10 season.
The Leafs didn't update his status after the game.
