History was made in Winnipeg Sunday night.

33-year-old Rob Zepp became the oldest goalie to win in his NHL debut since Hugh Lehman did so in 1926. The Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Winnipeg Jets 4-3 in overtime.

Zepp, who was recalled from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL Friday following an injury to starter Steve Mason, stopped 25-of-28 shots en route to the victory.

A 4th-round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes in 2001, Zepp has spent parts of 14 seasons in the ECHL, AHL and overseas.
