A touch - or rather a step - of goalie interference may have helped the Detroit Red Wings open the scoring during Sunday's game against the Vancouver Canucks.

Niklas Kronwall scored by snapping a shot over Ryan Miller's right shoulder. Upon closer inspection, however, it appears as though he was aided by a tricky skate placement by Justin Abdelkader.

Either way, there's no doubt Abdelkader's presence in front of the net hindered Miller to some degree.
