Edmonton Oilers forward Taylor Hall took part in Thursday's morning skate, but head coach Dallas Eakins said Hall's injured knee still needs more time to heal.

Hall wore a knee brace during the session and said afterward that he's nearing a return but doesn't want to rush his recovery.
"(The knee) is feeling good. And it's nice to be back on the ice with the guys and feel like part of the team again," he added.
Hall was diagnosed with an MCL sprain after crashing into a goalpost during a game against the Vancouver Canucks on Nov. 1. He was given a two-to-four-week recovery timetable.
