Zach Parise will indeed return to his old stomping grounds, but won't be in the lineup Tuesday when the Minnesota Wild meet the New Jersey Devils, head coach Mike Yeo told reporters.
The team's leading scorer suffered a concussion last week in a loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Parise's decision to travel with the club is likely a positive indication that his status is improving.
