Patrick Kane skates without issue Friday, on track to join team in playoffs

The Chicago Blackhawks were encouraged by forward Patrick Kane skating on Friday for the first time since being sidelined with a lower body injury.
Head coach Joel Quenneville said his skate was "very positive."
Kane was ruled out for the remainder of the season and placed on the long-term injured reserve on March 21st.
