VIDEO: Referee picks up an assist on Derek Roy goal
The St. Louis Blues were the recipients of a fortunate bounce in their game against the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday.
Late in the first period the puck hit an official after a dump in and bounced right onto the stick of Blues forward Brenden Morrow, who quickly slid it over to Derek Roy for a goal.
The play may have been lucky but Roy will take it after failing to score a goal in his previous 24 games.
