Halischuk (forearm) was placed on injured reserve retroactive to Dec. 14 by the Jets on Monday.

Halischuk underwent successful surgery on his forearm Saturday to repair a fracture. He is going to be out indefinitely with the injury and a timetable for a return will likely be determined as his recovery progresses.
