The Anaheim Ducks and Chicago Blackhawks battled their way through a third period tied 2-2. Late in the third period Ducks forward Dustin Penner was on a rush with Corey Perry was the play was called offside. It looked good, real good. But it was offside.

Penner was unimpressed with the call and pleaded with the referee after slapping the puck away. He was given a misconduct with 36 seconds remaining.
