Edmonton Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is in COVID-19 protocol, the team announced Friday.
He's the third Oilers player put on the list this week, joining Devin Shore and Ryan McLeod. Head coach Dave Tippett is also in the protocol.
Nugent-Hopkins played nearly 20 minutes in Edmonton's victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday. The 28-year-old has recorded 25 points in 28 contests this season.
The Oilers' next game comes Saturday versus the Seattle Kraken.
