Fiala hadn't scored since Minnesota's season opener, a victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Oct. 15.
The 25-year-old ranked second on the Wild in goals (20) and points (40) over 50 games in the last campaign.
Minnesota defeated Arizona 5-2.
