Oilers trade Ethan Bear to Hurricanes for Warren Foegele

The Edmonton Oilers have dealt defenseman Ethan Bear to the Carolina Hurricanes for forward Warren Foegele, the teams announced.

Bear, 24, collected two goals and six assists while averaging just under 18 minutes of ice time in 43 games with the Oilers this season.

Foegele, 25, notched 10 goals and 10 assists in 53 contests with the Hurricanes in 2020-21.
