Capitals sign Justin Schultz to 2-year, $8M deal

The Washington Capitals have signed blue-liner Justin Schultz to a two-year, $8-million contract, the team announced Friday.
Schultz spent the last five seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins, capturing consecutive Stanley Cups with the club in 2016 and 2017.
The 30-year-old rearguard recorded three goals and 12 points through 46 games with the Penguins in 2019-20.
