Colorado Avalanche goaltender Phillip Grubauer is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, the team announced Thursday.
Grubauer is expected to miss at least Thursday and Saturday's games but will accompany the team when it embarks on a five-game road trip Nov. 12, according to The Athletic's Ryan Clark.
The Avalanche have been hit with an injury bug lately, with key players including Gabriel Landeskog, Mikko Rantanen, and Colin Wilson also suffering ailments.
