Calgary Flames winger Garnet Hathaway won't face a disciplinary hearing to answer for his check on Minnesota Wild center Luke Kunin on Saturday night, according to The Athletic's Michael Russo.
Hathaway was assessed a match penalty and a game misconduct after driving Kunin into the dasher early in the second period of Calgary's loss to Minnesota.
Kunin left the game but was able to return.
Hathaway has never been disciplined in his NHL career.
