Flames' Peters briefly leaves game after taking puck to face

Calgary Flames head coach Bill Peters was briefly forced to leave Sunday's game against the Arizona Coyotes after being struck in the face by a puck early in the second period.
The incident occurred when the Coyotes attempted to clear the puck from their own end.

Peters returned to the bench after receiving stitches.

Peters is in his first season with the Flames, who entered Sunday's action sitting second in the Pacific Division with a record of 13-9-1.
