Golden Knights sign Carrier to 2-year deal

The Vegas Golden Knights have re-signed forward William Carrier to a two-year, $1.45-million deal, the team announced Monday.
Vegas selected Carrier from the Buffalo Sabres in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft. The 23-year-old recorded three points in 37 games during the Golden Knights' historic inaugural season.
In 78 career games, the LaSalle, Quebec native has tallied 11 points.
The St.Louis Blues selected Carrier in the second round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
