The Dallas Stars signed goaltender Anton Khudobin to a two-year, $5-million contract, the team announced Sunday.
Khudobin spent the last two seasons with the Boston Bruins, serving as backup to Tuukka Rask.
He's coming off one of his strongest seasons to date, as Khudobin went 16-6-7 in 29 games with a .913 save percentage and a 2.56 goals-against average.
The 32-year-old will now back up Stars' No. 1 Ben Bishop.
