Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy won't be charged for his role in a nightclub brawl that left two off-duty police officers injured, but he could still face discipline from the NFL.

The NFL is reviewing the incident under its personal conduct policy and there's "no timeline" for a decision on a possible suspension or fine, the league said in a statement to Shawn Stepner of WKBW-TV in Buffalo,

The altercation, which occurred at Recess Lounge in the early hours of Feb. 7, allegedly started over the ownership of a bottle of champagne and resulted in the hospitalization of two of the three off-duty officers involved.

Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams announced Monday that there was insufficient evidence to charge McCoy in the case.
