Chiefs release Ben Grubbs

The Kansas City Chiefs announced the release of guard Ben Grubbs on Thursday.
Grubbs was cut due to a failed physical, lasting just one season in Kansas City after being traded from the New Orleans Saints for a fifth-round pick.
The Chiefs will save $1.1 million towards the cap in 2016, but will be left with a strong need for help on the interior of the offensive line.
