Now that the Chargers' future in San Diego has been secured for at least another year, some of their players have called upon the fans to show their support by selling out every game in 2016.
Wide receiver Keenan Allen appeared to call out the Chargers' fans on Twitter, challenging them to pack Qualcomm Stadium next season after they received their wish of the team remaining in San Diego:
So it's looks like we are going to be in San Diego for another season. The stadium better be packed. The fans got what they wanted.

Now let's see sell outs every home game! And not the other teams colors! #BoltUp

Linebacker Melvin Ingram echoed his teammates message, effectively telling the fans to put their money where their mouth is and prove their support by selling out games:

While the Chargers' fans have been vocal about their desire to not see their team leave for Los Angeles, they have struggled over the years to consistently sell out their stadium.
