Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Hurns was released from hospital after suffering a concussion during Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers.

It's good news after Hurns was taken off the field on a stretcher with full movement of his limbs. The team indicated Hurns' status would be updated on Monday.

Hurns tweeted out his appreciation for the support he'd received.

The second-year wideout had 42 yards receiving before leaving the game, adding to the 716 yards and seven touchdowns he had coming into Sunday.
