The Oakland Raiders will be without one of their top defensive backs Sunday against the Denver Broncos, as second-year cornerback T.J. Carrie was among the players ruled out on Friday's official injury report.

Carrie left last week's loss to the Chicago Bears with a chest issue and was unable to practice in either of the three practice sessions since.

With the second-year pro having seen time at both cornerback and safety through the first four weeks of the season, his absence leaves an already thin secondary shorthanded for a matchup with Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense.

Running back Taiwan Jones, defensive tackle Justin Ellis, and defensive end Denico Autry were also officially ruled out with injuries Friday.
