Ndamukong Suh on Sunday once again found himself at the center of an on-field incident in his first game with the Miami Dolphins.

However, Suh's action in knocking off the helmet of Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris was "not deemed a kick," NFL vice president of football communications Michael Signora said Monday, indicating Suh will avoid league discipline.

With Suh considered a repeat offender when it comes to similar on-field incidents, the NFL finding intent could've resulted in a suspension.

The star defensive tackle will instead be available to play when the Dolphins next take the field Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
