Every game day during the regular season, theScore's fantasy editors recap the most important news and notes from around the league.
Blue Streak
Odell Beckham Jr. can make anything fun.
As the Giants and Redskins engaged in one of the more boring games in recent memory, Beckham provided a spark of excitement with a 30-yard touchdown catch over Bashaud Breeland.
The play saved Beckham's fantasy night, giving him seven receptions for 79 yards and the score.
Anyone who thought the Giants superstar wideout couldn't keep up his production from last season should take a look at his current pace - 101 receptions, 1,435 yards, and 11 touchdowns.
Taking Over

The rise of Matt Jones is happening faster than anyone could have expected.
The rookie had an unimpressive stat line on Thursday, with 11 carries for 38 yards, but he out-touched starter Alfred Morris 11-6. Jones looks far more dynamic than his veteran teammate and the Redskins are rewarding him with more work.
Morris accounted for 19 yards, as well as the broken hearts of all his fantasy owners.
Jones will be the more valuable back to own the rest of the way, however with both players healthy and the Redskins projecting to lose more games than they win, it's a situation to avoid if you can.
Notable Fantasy Lines
Eli Manning, QB, Giants
23-of-32, 279 yards, 2 TDs
A late 41-yard touchdown to Rueben Randle provided a major boost to Manning's numbers. It's not always pretty, but the Giants franchise quarterback remains a low-end QB1 for fantasy.
Rueben Randle, WR, Giants
7 receptions, 116 yards, TD
After posting 28 yards on four catches through the first two weeks, the Giants made an effort to get Randle involved. It worked.
Rashad Jennings, RB, Giants
11 carries, 32 yards
Despite being the team's starting running back, Jennings actually blocked a punt in the first quarter. It ended up being the highlight of his night, as Williams (14 carries, 29 yards, TD) vultured a touchdown. Williams and Vereen combined for 20 carries to Jennings' 11.
Pierre Garcon, WR, Redskins
5 receptions, 64 yards
Another average fantasy day from Garcon. With DeSean Jackson likely returning in the next week or two, Garcon's value will return to the WR4 range.
Jordan Reed, TE, Redskins
6 receptions, 96 yards
While owners wait for Reed to get hurt, the Redskins tight end continues to post TE1 numbers. Starting Reed carries a certain amount of risk, but it also comes with significant reward.
Larry Donnell, TE, Giants
3 receptions, 32 yards
If Donnell's stats aren't enough to keep him off your fantasy rosters, then maybe this inexcusable drop will convince you. Donnell hasn't been a factor since the emergence of Odell Beckham Jr. last season.
Injury Ward
Shawn Lauvao, LG, Redskins
Morgan Moses, RT, Redskins
The Redskins' offense was embarrassingly unproductive on Thursday and losing two starting offensive linemen isn't going to help its cause. Lauvao left with an ankle injury, while Moses hurt his elbow.
Waiver Wire
Rueben Randle, WR, Giants
Randle appears to be over the knee issue that plagued him early in the season. He could provide depth or even a spot start for teams thin at wide receiver, as long as you are willing to deal with his inconsistency.
Victor Cruz, WR, Giants
With Cruz returning soon, it's worth checking if the salsa-dancing receiver is available in your league.
Josh Brown, K, Giants
There aren't many waiver-wire candidates to pluck from this week's Thursday nighter. Brown was tied for the league lead in field goals entering the game and will certainly stay near the top of the list with another three made kicks against the Redskins.
