New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady broke a Super Bowl record with 20 first-half pass completions in Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Brady finished the first half 20-of-27, throwing for 177 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

The impressive showing put him in position to surpass the record of 34 single-game Super Bowl completions set by Peyton Manning last year.
