Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson left Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second quarter after a helmet-to-helmet hit.

The Texans confirmed that Johnson was being evaluated for a concussion, and he has now been ruled out for the remainder of the game. The team noted that he is continuing to be evaluated for a concussion.

Johnson had been quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's top target before exiting, bringing in all four of his targets for 17 yards.
