It looks as though the Dallas Cowboys will be without injured linebacker Bruce Carter for a second consecutive game.
"I probably need another week," Carter said Tuesday, according to Charean Williams of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Carter suffered a strained quad in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys' Week 4 victory over the New Orleans Saints. He's made improvements since, though, and said he feels better than he did last week.
"Way better," he said. "The swelling has gone way down. I did some squats (Monday), some light squats, to get my strength back. All in all, it's a process."
The Cowboys are on the road Sunday to take on the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.
