ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Dwyer is being booked into Maricopa County Jail on one count of aggravated assault involving a minor, one count of aggravated assault, one count of preventing the use of a phone in an emergency, and two counts of criminal damage..
Garafolo adds that Dwyer has admitted to the incidents but denies any physical assault took place.
Sgt. Trent Crump said the woman left the state with the child but provided police with information and text messages about the incident last week.
