Report: Raiders sign former Chargers receiver Vincent Brown

The Oakland Raiders have reportedly moved fast after working out wide receiver Vincent Brown on Monday. 

Rod Streater exited Sunday's contest with a hip injury, so adding Brown gives them a little insurance going forward.
