Analysis:
At the very least, Minter figures to be a two-down option at inside linebacker, as the Cardinals seek to fill the shoes left behind by Karlos Dansby. Minter will have to contend with Lorenzo Alexander, pending the latter's recovery from tearing a Lisfranc tendon in Week 3 last year.
