Shelley (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Analysis:Shelley will miss another contest Sunday, so his next opportunity to get back on the field will come in Week 9 against the Texans. With Donte Jackson (hamstring) ruled out, Tarheeb Still could be more involved.
