The Dallas Cowboys remain the NFL's most valuable franchise as league valuations continue to soar, according to Sportico.

The average NFL team value rose 31% to $9.34 billion, the biggest year-over-year increase since Sportico began its valuations in 2020.

The Cowboys top the rankings for the seventh straight year, now valued at $15.5 billion, the highest mark for any sports franchise.

The New York Jets ($10.35 billion) also jumped into the top five, while the Atlanta Falcons ($9.78 billion) moved into the top 10.

The Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks rank 12th after selling for an NFL record-breaking $9.61 billion in July.

The Cincinnati Bengals ($7.4 billion) are at the bottom of the NFL rankings for the seventh straight year, yet are still among the 40 most valuable franchises in all of sports.

Sportico's valuation is based on a franchise's enterprise value combined with the value of team-related businesses and real estate holdings.
