• ⬆️ Emeka Egbuka, ⬇️ Chris Godwin: Egbuka is drawing high praise in Bucs camp, including from both Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans. The first-round rookie started a bit lower on our rankings due to the competition for targets, but Godwin still hasn't returned to the field after last year's season-ending ankle injury. And we just recently found out that his rehab process included a second surgery back in the spring. It's anyone's guess as to whether the veteran wideout will be ready for Week 1 at this point. Either way, Egbuka has an opportunity to carve out a significant role for himself. Considering the pro-ready game he put on tape at Ohio State, nobody should be surprised if he does so right out of the gate.
• ↔️ Terry McLaurin: We're holding firm on McLaurin for now. His holdout and trade request certainly creates some uncertainty for the Commanders as a whole, but it's tough to imagine this isn't resolved one way or another by Week 1. It's full steam ahead for Washington's top target if and when he gets his extension. And we can't see him moving much in the event of a trade, either.
