Ravens' Flowers: 'I feel 100%' after missing postseason
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers says he's fully recovered from the knee injury that kept him out of the 2024 playoffs.
"My knee is great," Flowers told reporters Tuesday, including ESPN's Jamison Hensley. "I feel 100%. I feel like I'm ready for the season. No limits."
Flowers suffered a knee sprain in the Ravens' last game of the 2024 regular season. The 24-year-old was forced to sit for Baltimore's postseason games, including the team's divisional-round loss to the Buffalo Bills. The stretch marked the first time in Flowers' career that he missed consecutive games.
"When you play 17 games just to get to the first playoff game and you can't play in it, it's always hard," Flowers said. "Missing a playoff game is different. At least we get to play (the Bills) in our first game this year."
Flowers was a standout for the Ravens last season as the team's only pass-catcher to register 1,000 yards. He became the first Ravens wideout to be named to the Pro Bowl after getting the nod in his sophomore season.
The Ravens will open their season against the Bills on Sept. 7.
