Cowboys' Lamb spends more than $1M per year on body maintenance
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb spares no expense when it comes to maintaining his physical condition.
In an interview with Complex's Brighid Tully, Lamb revealed that he spends $1.3 million per year on body maintenance and recovery.
"I'm not going to lie. It's a lot of money," the 26-year-old said. "Every two weeks is $50,000 ... there's 52 weeks in a year. ... That's your number."
Ice baths, hot tubs, steam rooms, red light therapy, and hyperbaric chambers are just a few of the things that money goes toward.
"The list could go on and on," Lamb said. "What I do for a living, it's very physical, and some short weeks are more lethal than your regular seven-day schedule. So I'm just staying on top of that and always trying to replenish the body, stay hydrated, keep my muscle functioning up, and trying to get a lead on my opponent."
Lamb signed a four-year, $136-million extension with the Cowboys in August 2024 that included a $38-million signing bonus, the largest ever given to a receiver.
