Former Alabama OL Booker: 'I make guys not love football anymore'
Former Alabama offensive lineman Tyler Booker had an interesting response when asked by reporters what his favorite thing about football is.
"It's legal assault out there. I love football because the brand of football that I play, I make guys not love football anymore," Booker told the media Saturday at the NFL combine, per Chargers Wire's Alex Katson. "And I do that every down by really just giving it my all and letting them know I'm not going to let up.
"The thing I love most about football is taking that love away from other people."
Booker is projected to be a first-round pick in April's draft after three seasons at Alabama. The 20-year-old made two All-SEC teams and was an All-American with the Crimson Tide.
The Connecticut native is set to compete in offensive line drills Sunday at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
