Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride entered the league's concussion protocol, head coach Jonathan Gannon announced Monday.

McBride was evaluated for a concussion in Arizona's Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions after colliding with safety Brian Branch.

The 24-year-old played in 85% of the team snaps Sunday, totaling three catches on six targets for 25 yards.

Other tight ends on Arizona's roster include Tip Reiman, Elijah Higgins, and Travis Vokolek.

McBride leads the team in receptions through three games. Arizona will face off against the Washington Commanders in Week 4.
