Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson left the team's 15-12 win over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday with a concussion and didn't return.

Johnson exited the game during the first half. He was ruled out shortly after halftime. The 34-year-old hadn't missed an offensive snap during the Eagles' first two games.

Johnson has dealt with various injuries throughout his career, including multiple concussions.

The Oklahoma product is one of the NFL's best offensive linemen when healthy. He's made five Pro Bowls, two second-team All-Pro squads, and a pair of first-team All-Pro appearances since being selected in the first round of the 2013 draft.
