New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin will face Andy Reid for the 20th time in his career on Sunday.
But that doesn't mean Coughlin knows what to expect.
"It's definitely been tweaked," Cough said of Reid's offense, via Giants senior writer Michael Eisen. "He's adjusted well to his personnel. He started the season off, he really hasn't had his tight ends together. But he doesn't mind playing three wides and the quarterback runs."
The Chiefs are 3-0 to start the season after finishing 2-14 last year. Coughlin isn't surprised Reid was able to turn things around in Kansas City after being let go by the Philadelphia Eagles.
"Andy Reid, I'm not sure where he is now, but he was close to a 70% winning percentage until probably last year," Coughlin said. "He makes a 14-year run in one place. He's an outstanding coach and an outstanding person. And I like the guy. I think he's a good guy. I like his family. I see him at the league meetings. I have great respect for him.
"You look at their talent and I'm not surprised. Their defense is outstanding and their quarterback (Alex Smith) doesn't give the ball away. They have no turnovers in three games."
Even so, Coughlin hopes to earn his first win of the season.
"I'd like to win one game," he said.
